Who We Are
Vision
To create pieces that are relaxed with some whimsy. Designs are created to call attention to unique elements or those with a story to tell. Maybe that's just a reflection of me. I love listen to a good story.
Creativity
Creativity or curiosity. My pieces are driven by what I "trip" over. Organic beads, resin bugs, a variety of leather cords, vintage compact cases, pins, old watches, or horse brasses. I have discovered you never know what you might find. I look everywhere. Whether nearly falling through the attic floor of an old antique shop looking for Victorian and horse hardware, or scavenging the oddest of specialty shops with mounds of boxes I have tripped over, I am always wondering what will become the next pendant or buckle,
The accent pieces I create are meant to make a statement, and result in a "what is that?' remark from a passerby.
Quality
Every consideration is taken into account for a quality item that would make you proud of ownership.
Pieces vary from using organic elements to repurposed hardware. Due to the nature of repurposing, what might appear to be a flaw is actually the result of taking apart the original form and then adjusting it. Scars from the past are just a part of handcrafting and rescuing what otherwise might get lost, ignored, abandoned. I want the best for every thing I use.
